HOW IT WORKS
Looking for, say, Eric Clapton on th' Isle O'Foam? No more scrolling through the thousands of confusingly-titled posts to locate the talented English white bluesman! It's as simple as 1, 2 ... !
Find Kreemés box at the top of the sidebar over there to your right (if you're on a phone, you're screwed). Here's what it looks like (you won't see the arrows, I put those in to help you through the process):
Now follow these two easy steps!
1 Type in who you're looking for, or the name of the album, if you can remember either. Put it right in her box. You can so do this!
2 Click the "SEARCH" button you'll find just to the right of her box!
Through the magic of modern computer-style technology, you'll see AT A GLANCE where Eric is hiding on th' Isle O'Foam©!
We're so proud of this feature we're considering building a bigger box that would search the entire internet! Not that there's anything worth searching for out there.
Why not try this swell new feature right away? Type International Submarine Band into the search box, scroll down to the "Country Rock/Corona Virus Link "Medical Certainty" - Doctor", open the comments, and you'll find Hazy Dave's new upload of the Shiloh album! If you just type Shiloh, you get zip, because it's in a comment.
ReplyDeleteHallelujah! Hide the grammophones and burn all your parchments, the Isle of Foam has arrived in the 21th century!
ReplyDeleteThat's 21st of course but I'm not a hundred percent awake yet.
ReplyDeleteBy the way, do the double Es of Kreemé change place?
No, not those, the ones in her name. I could have sworn she was Kremée before, but then again, maybe not, she's the resident hottie, so who cares about such details...
Why not do a search for her name?!
DeleteA quick search has shown that there are indeed 0 Kremées here as opposed to a bunch of Kreemés.
DeleteI thus apologize in all formal and informal manners to the offended lady. Must've been the other double Es that were a distraction...
Thanks Farq, this will be a real gamechanger. Did Kreemé help the backroom boffins on this fabulous new innovation? You obviously have a great team there on the island, and in these trying times I'm sure Kreemé keeps all of your spirits up - or something.
ReplyDeleteBEWARE searching4funsters: if you search for Cody (as I just HAD to do to get my fix of those lovely puppies) and not only do you get two results with Kreemé, you also receive several instances of Mrs. Myra Nussbaum - BE AWARE, BE VERY AWARE
ReplyDeletenice! found me three (3) times
ReplyDeleteThis makes me so happy, I could...visit this blog more often. Thank you Kreemé and your lovely little box over there on the right upper side of the sidebar. I think, I search, I find. And sometimes, I don't find and am left with an empty lonely feeling. Like there's a gaping hole in my heart. But I know, that eventually, it may be be filled again with glorious gifts from the Isle of Foam. Because as sure as the tide rolls in and out, plastic fantastic floating debris will possibly drift along a friendly current back to my lagoon. And I will gratefully scoop this detritus up like the treasure it surely is.

Deletehave you developed a search engine for the stealth links?
ReplyDeleteWhy, certainly we have! That was a prime Customer Satisfaction Parameter during early focus groups! Simply type "stealth links" into the box!
DeleteBeing as most of us no good bums and freeloadin freewheelin freeks here all is lazy-axx good-fer-nuttins, like moi, I suggest y'all do what this Guilty-As-Charger does.
ReplyDeleteWhen you are itchin' to re-read a Jack K's Kat klassic, yet can't remember where Farq left it.
Try it, you'll like it:
Put your search wurdz in Krem-ayé's Bitty Box, then just hit de ole "ENTER" key.
Wall and la.
Results o' matic, faster than a Ron Popiel Veg-o-matic.
No stealth, no fuss. Just a simple two-step process.
Your mileage may vary.
Especially if you are in to searching yourself.
"Search me"?
That's what she said.
