DeleteBreakfast cereal . . . aggh - that's mush for the woke! Yer need protein: slices of liver sausage on granary toast washed down with a couple of good thick expresso coffees. Unless you wanna be in rottweiler mode when powdered glass and vinegar is the ideal choice.
